Born in Tyumen Oblast. Graduated from the Gnesin Academy of Music studying under Prof. Tatiana Zelikman. Since 2014 he has assisted Prof. Zelikman and Vladimir Tropp. In 2011 he took third place in the International Pancho Vladigerov Piano Competition in Shumen (Bulgaria). In 2012 he won the silver medal in the 9th International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz in Kiev. In 2014 he won the second Russian National Music Competition in Moscow, the 2nd Semyon Benditsky Russian Piano Competition in Saratov, and the Vera Lotar-Shevchenko International Piano Competition in Ekaterinburg. He has participated in the International Mstislav Rostropovich Festival in Moscow and the Mariinsky International Piano Festival in Saint Petersburg. He has appeared in Russia, Germany, Israel, Norway, France and other countries.

There are too many people! I'd have to have a banquet!

Coca-Cola with ice and lemon with a cigarette.

“Don’t hope for anything and you will not be disappointed.”

Try not to lie.

How do you overcome the stage fright? / What is your ritual before going on stage?
I don’t have rituals, there are some little subjective things. I try to redirect the excitement, which is a complicated process.

For the people.
What job would you least like to do?
Something paper-based or political.
Is there a joke about musicians that you would like to share with us?
Leo Tolstoy loved to play the balalaika, but could not do it. (D. Harms). But this is a joke about the balalaika more than a musician...

You are on a desert island and can bring only 3 items, what do you bring?
A saw, chisel and logical thinking.
What is your favorite noise/sound? What is the most annoying noise for you?
I have many favourite sounds, but my annoying sound is foam on glass.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
In Barcelona where holidays are eternal.

The Nutcracker.
