Studied at the Indiana University (USA) under Prof. Alexander Toradze (2018-2011) and at the Royal College of Music in London under Prof. Dmitri Alexeev (2012 to the present). In 2011 he won the gold medal in the 57th Cincinnati World Piano Competition (USA), and in 2013 he was a semi-finalist in the 14th Van Cliburn International Competition in Fort Worth (USA). He has performed in New York, Seoul, and various cities in the UK and Russia. He has participated in the Mariinsky International Piano and Stars of the White Nights festivals in Saint Petersburg. He received the Gawon International Music Society Award in Seoul (South Korea).
Which people would you invite as guests to your dream dinner party?
It would be great to gather my family, relatives and friends.
What is your favorite meal?
I have a lot of favorite dishes. It’s difficult to choose just one meal.
Do you have a favorite motto or proverb that you live your life by?
"Do what you have to do and come what may."
Which person or people inspire you the most?
My family.
If you were 80 years old, what advice would you give to young people today?
I think that first of all you need to live up to the age 80.
What would you like people to say about you?
The truth.
How do you overcome the stage fright? / What is your ritual before going on stage?
I think about music and not about effect that I can produce.
When you perform... who are you playing for?
For the people.
What job would you least like to do?
All professions are important, all professions are in need.
Is there a joke about musicians that you would like to share with us?
Rossini was so pouplar that it was agreed to raise a monument to him. "And how much will the statue cost?" asked the composer. "Twenty thousand lire." was the reply "Gentlemen, it’s better to give this money to me, and I will stand on a pedestal for that amount."

I don't have one.
You are on a desert island and can bring only 3 items, what do you bring?
I wouldn't like to be there!
What is your favorite noise/sound? What is the most annoying noise for you?
Children's laughter.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
It’s hard to say. Perhaps "Grow where you are planted".
What is the first thing you think about when you hear the word Tchaikovsky?
At the moment – the Competition.
