Graduated from the Gnesin Academy of Music (2011) and is currently studying at the Texas Christian University School of Music in Fort Worth under Tamás Ungár. He took second prize in the 3rd BNDES International Piano Competition in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) where he was designated best performer of Brazilian music. In 2013 he was a semi-finalist in the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition in Brussels. He has performed with many famous orchestras, including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House, the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra at the Municipal Theatre of Rio de Janeiro, the Fort Worth Orchestra, and the Texas Christian University Symphony among others.
Which people would you invite as guests to your dream dinner party?
All depends on where, when and under which circumstances dinner has taken place! But I would like to invite my family and all my relatives.
What is your favorite meal?
I love good food. I like meals in general if they are cooked ably and interestingly.
Do you have a favorite motto or proverb that you live your life by?
"To strive, to seek, to find and not to yield." It is a motto of my grandmother but I like it too!
Which person or people inspire you the most?
I think in this moment it's my family.
If you were 80 years old, what advice would you give to young people today?
My son would be 55 years old then, so I would explain to him the importance of a healthy lifestyle!
What would you like people to say about you?
I would like to hear that I had helped somebody in my life.
How do you overcome the stage fright? / What is your ritual before going on stage?
It’s a secret because I don’t know! How I overcome the stage fright? I would just try to go on stage and enjoy myself!
When you perform... who are you playing for?
For my audience. My playing and my attitude are the best that I can give to them.
What job would you least like to do?
Doing anything that is not doing what I was meant to do.

Music from the series "Thaw”.
You are on a desert island and can bring only 3 items, what do you bring?
A piano, something that could connect me to the Internet and a return ticket to go home!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Not where but with whom and how. It’s very important. I can’t say exactly. I would like to live in different places. But if I should choose, it will be Moscow, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Paris, Sydney or Melbourne and so on...
What is the first thing you think about when you hear the word Tchaikovsky?
Russia!
What is the first thing you think about when you hear the word competition?
It's kind of test for many things!
